I’ve been coming here for a year since I work close by, they are weirdly racist during the morning as they make sure every single person who is white is taken care of even if they came in after you. Nighttime is much more welcoming and sweet. But I didn’t even get greeted today for 10 minutes and only three customers were present two of which were served and one who came in after served while I waited. It’s very bizarre and having to wait that long to order a slice of pizza when I am on my lunch break is unfortunate. Every time I come in during the morning time this happens.

Well my family went here tonight after my daughter's recital and ordered drinks, apps and a couple pizzas. The food was decent, and our waitress was great until it was time to box up the left overs. We asked for 3 boxes, 1 for the smaller pizza and 2 boxes for the larger pizza remaining. Unfortunately, the server accidentally knocked the larger pizza on the floor before we could box it up. We didn't say anything as we sat in shock expecting the sever to make it right some how. She didn't, and gave us our bill as if nothing happened. We asked to speak to the manager because we thought something should have been done, but he never came. Instead they offered us a fifteen dollar credit towards our next order. I decided we didn't want the credit because of the way it was handled, and I knew we wouldnt be back to this location. When we were walking out the door I walked up to the manager and told him that I'd asked to speak to him but he never came. He was then rude and rolled his eyes when I explained what happened. I told him it wasn't fair to punish our waitress because she had done a great job up until that moment, but I still felt that something should have been done. I told him to take the fifteen dollar credit and give it to the server. We only gave her a ten percent tip, which is very unlike us and we asked for him to apply that fifteen dollars towards her next tip. He got rude with us and said whatever and continued to roll his eyes.
Poor response to a simple issue. Manager could have resolved this simply with a simple and cheap dessert or something but never made an attempt to resolve the issue the right way.
Terrible leadership in a restaurant that is clearly struggling.
