Its a gamble.... with that being said, let's face it. Midwest people = Love portillos. And the fact they have made a well oiled machine aka drive through building is impressive. They had orders out much quicker than the other locations near me I feel. Remember with fast food, you get what you pay for.

I went back to get my items and was treated with very kind professionalism. Honestly recommend this place, really love the way they treat customers. 10/10 (Yes, people make mistakes. Be nice to them and be respectful to the workers!)

I can't imagine the turnover of employees cause it seems like since their opening in November, there's always new faces and my visit on 02/20/26 I now know why. The problem is poor management training these people. I overheard some lady named Carol being rude to the employees, scoulding them harshly while waiting for my order & I only learned her name cause I asked an employee. Barely anybody wears name tags except a couple nice professional people in drive thru, a tall African American kid I can't remember his name, and a girl named Natalie who's always smiling and polite. Someone please talk to this manager, I hope she's not the GM. Good luck!
