We ordered a pizza a couple of weeks ago and when our order arrived it was missing the 99 cent shaker of cheese. I called the store and they said to just mention it with my next order. I placed my next order today and there wasn’t any place to “mention” it. I placed the order and called the store and Xander was the best!!! He not only said he would make sure I got the cheese shaker but he also threw in a red pepper shaker and he was so polite and professional!! If you live in Plainfield, Il and you want a pizza go to Pizza Hut!!

I got the wrong pizza and when I called it took 4 calls before getting through to someone. They told me that the correct pizza would be sent out promptly, well it never arrived. When I tried to call back I couldn’t get through to anybody. Worst experience ever!
