I typically have a great experience with the workers and staff at other local food chains, however this one individual employee RUINED Panera for me forever. A larger wide male employee was *EXCEPTIONALLY* rude when I received my order. I have never before had an encounter like this but I left upset and without an appetite. He forgets my side bread and when I corrected him about it he rudely handed it to me then I heard him silently cuss me out when walking away and I was in utter shock and disbelief. That is so inappropriate from a proper employee of a Panera establishment. I will not be coming back any time soon and hope disciplinary action is ensued as this was no matter of professionalism.
