  Ordered quarter pounder deluxe with no cheese to be made fresh and got a cold chicken sandwich instead inside the box marked with quarter pounder deluxe outside. Terrible ……

  We visit this location often but today was very different. The food came out fast and was very fresh. We normally order the fries with no salt because we hate how they are always over salted. I forgot to order that way today but the fries still came out fresh and not over salted at all. All the food was freshly made and hot when we got the order. The bathrooms were clean! The manager, Asia (sorry if that’s spelled wrong), walked the lobby and stopped to ask if we were happy with everything. I also heard her talking to the staff and I loved that they were clearly having fun while they worked but she was definitely holding them accountable if the orders were not prepared correctly. The team seemed to enjoy her leadership. This was a great visit!

  Poor management and customer service. The whole team definitely needs periodic training. As a repeated customer, the quality of the food and customer care is very important for us. Missing items when placing an order is not uncommon but having attitude when taking order (during the breakfast time) and the unapologetic behavior from the manager is not acceptable.
