    If you order food here, plan to be parked and waiting for it. If you order ahead from the app, they do not start making it ahead of time, they will still make the food for the people in the drive thru first. Even if you order ONE item, plan to be parked and wait for it.

    Terrible service this location has made me pull forward several times while they finished my order today I waited 10 minutes for my food and the LG frappe I order was only half full and starting to melt. When I went in to complain about it they said oh are machine just went down sorry. They never offered a refund instead they walked away from me with a disgusting look on there face. If your ever out in Plainfield I would tell you to stay away from the McDonald's on Renwick and 59.

    A mcdisaster where not only is your food coming from the freezer but it stays cool even through the drive thru. Uncooked items being served and bad quality taste that leaves going eeewwwww. Hope this place gets better. 🙏
