    So, I have lost 1000’s of redemption points ($100’s of dollars) because the staff is so incompetent about the app. None of them can help you, whatsoever. I finally figured out after failing so many times how to even redeem my points. After redeeming them for an iced latte, far in advanced, I wanted to know how to get back to my original form of payment to pay for a bagel at the window. The woman with a shawl has been so mean in this past and has no threshold, at all, for any one with app problems. She will not give you one drop of free coffee, even when you’ve paid for it and have proof of purchase. She is a menace to the company. Then, after losing so much money to this woman with a shawl? She has the nerve to tell me to “get out of line” while I submitted an online drive thru purchase for the bagel, when I already waited through the same line. I told her “no, I am not getting out of line” and she continued to yell at me. This woman with a shawl has no sense of customer service, whatsoever. She’s already lost me $100’s of dollars. My money directly relates back to her! She is cruel, disrespectful and has a sneer on her face all of the time that could steal the soul from a person. She is not kind or nice. She will not give you what you’ve earned even when having proven it. This woman is evil; she’s the one with the black wrap around her head. I’m sure you know who I’m talking about if you go to this location because her demeanor is that bad. So, any way, I’m paying nearly $20 for a fast food meal, as usual, and this time? I finally figured the app out and how to redeem for my drink, no thanks to staff. But, I couldn’t figure out how to get back to my payment to pay for the bagel on the app. So, you wouldn’t believe how disgusting the woman with a shawl got! She starts screaming at me to “get out of line!!!!!” over and over and over again while I’m doing my best with this app without help from the staff, per usual! As usual, after refusing to help me with the app because she “doesn’t know how to use it” and tells me to “call customer service” for the millionth time, whom, I’ve called many days and they neither answer nor return your phone call while they promise that they will. Luckily, I succeeded in starting all over and putting in a mobile order, finally. But? This was extremely hard to do with this woman taking her horrible life out on me. She should not be a manager. She should not even be an employee. She could not wait for me to literally even do that at the window and was berating me! This woman with a shawl is so ignorant of the company? She should be fired! Trust me when I tell you that she is a deterrent and defective of success to any one; good for nothing and a tyrant to all! She wants to see the company fail! She wants to see its’ customers fail! I don’t know why. Only she can answer that? Otherwise she would not treat people the way she does. I’ve seen the way she treats her employees, too. No one should be in customer service and advise employees to be as ignorant as she is! Today, 10/30/25: I went to Dunkin Donuts and Juniper and Josalyn were working. Juniper offered me a free large blueberry breeze that a customer had misordered and they had extra just sitting there! It was done out of extreme kindness. Thank you so much! That is the kind of service that should be provided to an every day points member. Especially when the person has earned it and lost so many points. I really appreciate the extra beverage as opposed to not being given a drop of coffee that I have earned like with the woman with the shawl would have. This has changed my rating to 5 stars! THIS, THIS. This, is Customer Service and appreciation! Also, I have not seen the woman with the shawl in a while so it has been a blessing because in what I consume on a daily basis at this location? Pays her salary. Juniper is the staff member that suggested giving me this beverage and I have never had it before. It is delicious! It gives me a broader perspective on what I’d like to order in the future! Juniper should be promoted!

    This used to be a good location, but it has gone downhill. The baristas are always working alone, and one girl is especially rude she’s unprofessional, always has her hair down, and I’ve never once seen her smile. The last straw was finding a hair in my coffee. Really disappointing

    I stopped in the drive-thru on August 4th around 11am for a cup of coffee with my Mom. I didn’t catch any of their names, but the Staff was VERY friendly. There was a bit of a language / accent barrier, but I could still understand them. However, not only was my Order correct and delicious, they went above and beyond, and gave my Mom a full sample(short cup size) of their daily brewed coffee without charging me. Thank you so much for brightening our day, we will definitely be coming back to this location 👏
