- ICI CarrOct 29, 20251.0The order taker at the drive thru said she HAD to add ice to my drink, I said NO ice, she kept arguing with me, didn’t add the ice and then gave me less of my drink with no ice and then belittle the worker that gave me my drink by yelling at her NO ice NO ice and pushing the drink at her to give to me. Her aggression was towards me and it amazes me how little consideration or respect is given to employees and clients at this establishment. And this is why I will not be returning

Especially since I got it door dashed today with all those extra fees included. I get it, that part is my choice, but I should at least not be getting stingy offerings to boot. I put the blame on the establishment itself, not on the employees who I'm sure are just following set procedures/amounts.
