The lady and her son are terrible they sit there and talk crap about their customers. And argue when they are in the wrong this location needs to be stopped. I was in line last Sunday, and this lady got two drinks and a dozen donuts…. They never offered her a drink tray. And of course she dropped the drinks went back and they told her she was in the wrong and had to pay for them again when in all actuality it was their fault. I came in today and just terrible customer service they kept telling me I had to wait to get a drink because they needed to rack their donuts but they are already open and argued with me when I am a paying customer. Please do something about this store. They wear their gloves while on the phone and grab donuts right after and go use the bathroom and don’t wash their hands I’ve seen it first hand and decided enough is enough I will never come back here again for Dunkin just the gas station part. A gas station worker has a picture of her picking her nose as well. Please upper management dunking come check out the gas station they have proof for you!!

The staff didn’t even say thank you, just handed us our food with an ugly look on their face, said “here” and that was it. People are the reason you have a business. Show a little bit of courtesy.
