The workers have no clue what they’re doing. i ordered a quesadilla and it had like no cheese. the rice literally hard. they didn’t even know how to wrap the quesadilla and set it down next to the cash register for someone else to wrap… It tastes like actual card board.

All of the meats are ice cold. The employees also roll their eyes when asked if I can get the meat or toppings that aren’t in the bins. This is horrible and ran terribly.

These kids do not understand the concept of customer service or even teamwork. The staff is just slow and there does not seem to be any sort of leadership manning the ship. Tonight’s issue- They ran out of rice (both white & brown.) She said it would be a while until it would be ready. I only ever get rice bowls, but no am starving, so I ordered tacos (even though I dislike tortillas.) Then- a minute later someone walks out with a bin of white rice. (That wasn’t really her fault, but it was still annoying) AND I asked for a side of guacamole & chips and didn’t realize until I got home that they never gave me my bag of chips. It’s just ALWAYS something. I think I will be driving the extra 5-10miles in ANY other direction to not have to deal with this location again.

One lady got her food and walked away, only to come right back in because of a problem with her order. Zero walk in customers in line. Zero. The mobile order people are clearly struggling to keep up, with zero help from the other 3 people standing around, who by the way are all standing together on their phones, right in front of everyone at the register. Not only are they not helping with the backed up orders, the place is kind of a mess. As an ex-restaurant manager, and a current business owner, about an hour or so after the dinner rush, this is obviously the time to get caught up and clean. This is not uncommon for Chipotle though. I'm not sure what their deal is with refusing to help with backed up mobile orders.

Last week I watched someone halfway making a burrito realize it was time to leave as their shift was up, and left mid burrito. Whoever owns this franchise does a terrible job as it used to be somewhat decent and it’s gone downhill and stayed that way. Sick of employees just looking at us in line while they have 1 person on the line. This store truly needs consulting.
