    My family of five visited Buffalo Wild Wings in North Plainfield on Sunday, December 21st, arriving around 6:00 PM. We were seated promptly in a corner booth in the upper dining room, which initially gave us a good impression. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. We sat at our table for over 15 minutes without anyone coming by to take our drink order. There were at least four different servers working in that section, and despite making eye contact with multiple servers, no one acknowledged us or stopped at our table. I eventually went to speak with the manager, who was working in the kitchen, to let him know we had been waiting for quite some time. He said he would check to see who was assigned to our table. By that point, my kids were already hungry and frustrated, and if it took that long just to place drink orders, we couldn’t imagine how long the food would take. We decided to leave without ordering anything. Very disappointing experience, especially for a family with kids. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

    BLONDE HAIR in my food EWW Countless times of forgotten food for pick up orders almost always the extra fry or reward item. You get cold hard fries and either the wings have no sauce or they are drowning and soggy. I won’t ask for a refund or food replacement again because it’s just not worth it. We just won’t come back again and here is a picture of the hair by the way
