  This is easily one of the worst Dunkin’ locations I’ve been to. I’ve lived here since before it opened, and mornings are consistently a mess. They run a skeleton crew during peak hours and clearly prioritize the drive-through over customers inside. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve stood at the register waiting just to place an order while multiple employees are nearby but only one is trained to run the counter. Today I finally walked out after waiting too long without even being acknowledged. If you’re planning to go here, avoid ordering inside. You’ll be lucky to have someone take your order—and even luckier to get it within 10 minutes.

  Terrible staff … they must be related to the owner because I don’t see how there is so many terrible review with no change in how they treat people or prepare the food

  Worst service ever!! The manager had the nerve to ask me why I always have issues with my order, rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. Seems like the keep hiring their own entitled family members. They always mess up my food like burning my bagel or giving me cold bagel bites or RAW bacon because they are too lazy to make anything correctly. I have been waiting a week for the franchise rep to call me back, corporate has let me down as well.

  The service was quick and efficient. As always the food was fresh and packaged in a manner that i could easily get it to my car.

  I never ever write reviews but I am absolutely dumbfounded that this place is as bad as it is I have never experienced such bad service.it started Last year when they had the 2$ pumpkin spiced lattes promotion the worker would not give me the discount multiple times and would charge me 6$ because I asked to not have whipped cream on it?? He said “well then it’s not a signature pumpkin spice so you pay full price”lol yet on the app you can order it without whipped cream and get it for 2$ so I’d be forced to get the whipped cream and scrape it off in the car to get it for the 2$. I have DoorDashed this location and it’s always the worst, I cannot count how many times they have given me a chocolate chip muffin instead of blueberry..chocolate chip isn’t even an option on door dash! And I’d be fine with any of them-other than chocolate chip lol It’s almost comical how many times it has happened the last time I drove the door dash order back myself and the other incorrect item I had gotten and nicely told them, this is a very frequent problem but I have kids and don’t want to get in the car to return my items. The lady was rude and asked what muffin I wanted and I said I ordered the coffee one..I was driving away and looked in the bag and she gave me the wrong one!! How is that possible. The one time the guy at the window dug his fingers into his nose and proceeded to dig into the straws and handed me my straw..I’m a germaphobe but I didn’t say anything because I really don’t like to be THAT customer. I just got a coffee from there this morning and opened it and it’s cold and about 60% full…I’m honestly wondering if they gave me one of the workers drinks or something..? This location is literally 2 min from my house and I guess that’s why I have been dumb enough to keep going there but I am done. Right when I think “they can’t possibly get it wrong AGAIN I’ll go there its close” I am wrong lol
