    The experience at this location was absolutely terrible. There was a sign stating that we needed to wait at the door to be seated. We stood at the door for approx. 3-5 minutes without being acknowledged. This led to us being confused on whether we should just sit down and wait for service or wait at the door to be seated. When we were finally acknowledged, the individual behind the counter said that we could just find a seat and someone would be with us shortly. Someone came to the table and gave us menus and asked us for our drink orders. Then we placed our food order on the app due to the waitress checking with management to verify we could eat an app purchased order in the store. We received confirmation that we could eat an app purchased meal at the restaurant. We placed our order on the app and the app told us it would be 15 minutes until our food was ready. We decided to get the salad bar and it was absolutely disgusting. My friend put the ranch on her salad and it was EXTREMELY sour. The time labels stated that the offerings on the salad bar were "fresh", but the ranch was EXTREMELY sour and the dressings were hard on the top making it appear like they were not being changed out when expired. The food on the salad bar appeared like the store has been switching the expiration labels without actually replacing the products offered on the salad bar. The carrots were also extremely slimy and the pickles had a weird taste as well. She asked me to try it (the salad dressing) to see if I agreed and I did. It was SO BAD I almost got sick and immediately spit the salad out in a napkin. I then went up to the counter and told the girl who was standing at the computers and she said she'd switch out the dressing. Even though we complained about the quality of the salad bar, the store still made us pay for my friend's plate. The souring of the dressing made my friend completely lose her appetite. After about 25 minutes of waiting, both myself and one of my friends went to the counter and our food had been ready and had just been sitting in the warmer instead of being brought out to us. We took our food back to our table and began eating it. The pizza was extremely dry and very underwhelming. The cheese sticks and the barbecue wings were surprisingly delicious considering our experience with the pizza and the salad bar. During our time there, we were only given our initial drinks and any additional refills we had to go to the counter to request. A couple of days later (today), we called the store as we placed another order thinking it was just a one off situation. We brought the food to the house and the pizza was EXTREMELY dry again. At this point, we determined that instead of the experience we had a couple of days ago being a one off situation, it appeared to be more of a quality control and customer service issue at the store. We called the store and spoke with someone by the name of Jeremy. He claimed to be the manager at the store. We informed him of our concerns at the store and he didn't even acknowledge our concerns nor did he apologize for our experiences at the store. Instead, he said, "Well... you're the only complaint we've had..." He was completely dismissive about everything and we just said that we would take our concerns to the corporate level in which he replied even more dismissively, "Okay... have a nice day." very sarcastically showing that he did not care. Based on the lack of a customer service mindset/attitude from the manager, it does not surprise me of the lack of customer service and quality standards at the store. Update: Service rating went from two to four stars and overall review rating went from one to three stars. Someone by the name of Shannon called us and explained that the difference in flavor for the ranch condiment could have been due to a brand issue and she said that she'd investigate the above issues as well. In addition, she advised that she was going to place a credit on my friend's account due to the inconvenience.

    Good food but I miss the cozy feeling. It feels like a cheap taco bell after the remodel. No privacy between booths. Bright white lights that are just low enough to shine in your eyes constantly aswell as white walls. And the cheapest fixtures from home depot . I mean the arcade machine is gone! Its sad.
