- NNNo NameOct 26, 20251.0I have never had such an awful experience at a Dairy Queen. From the moment we walked in, the service was shockingly bad. We stood at the counter for over 10 minutes with multiple employees walking by, yet not one person acknowledged us or bothered to take our order. When someone finally did, the worker could barely mumble a word and had zero professionalism or courtesy. To make matters worse — and this is completely disgusting — I witnessed a worker eating food off customers’ plates on their way to the tables. That’s not just unprofessional, it’s absolutely unsanitary and unacceptable. The complete lack of respect for customers, basic hygiene, and workplace standards here is beyond belief. This location seriously needs new management and a total overhaul of staff training. I won’t be coming back, and I’d warn others to think twice before eating here.
