  Food was not good, usually Dairy Queen burgers are good but the one from this location tasted like it was boiled in water. I wanted to use my points on my app but when I went to use the $5 off coupon it did not take off the $5 on my $7 meal deal but it took off my points anyway. When I told them they were not willing to help. So I wasted my points for nothing.

  Owners mom is always screaming on the intercom when she takes your order tonight she was screaming over the top of other workers making it hard to understand her or anyone else not sure why two people needed to repeat everything back to me anyways . And when I let her know hey thats unnecessary and obnoxious and unneeded she slammed the window in my face. This women is always rude ive witnessed her being rude to other employees ive know people who use to work there that quit because they got tired of her yelling at them and treating them poorly. Ive witnessed her being rude to to other customers on the days I've gone inside as well as ive had more than one encounter with her myself. Shes a rude person and shouldn't be working coustomer service

  Al and myself both got upset stomachs. The only thing we had the same or ate the same was chocolate shakes from Dairy Queen

  I have never had such an awful experience at a Dairy Queen. From the moment we walked in, the service was shockingly bad. We stood at the counter for over 10 minutes with multiple employees walking by, yet not one person acknowledged us or bothered to take our order. When someone finally did, the worker could barely mumble a word and had zero professionalism or courtesy. To make matters worse — and this is completely disgusting — I witnessed a worker eating food off customers’ plates on their way to the tables. That’s not just unprofessional, it’s absolutely unsanitary and unacceptable. The complete lack of respect for customers, basic hygiene, and workplace standards here is beyond belief. This location seriously needs new management and a total overhaul of staff training. I won’t be coming back, and I’d warn others to think twice before eating here.

  Coldest chicken strips ever, gave them a second chance not worth it l. Ended up feeding to my dogs
