  Order two fish sandwiches pictures they post to the fish shows that it comes with tartar sauce and it does not come with tartar sauce and they don't have any tartar sauce it's just dry fish.

  Worse Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. Went to get food before I checked into my hotel. I’m here for work and my employer comps our food. When I received my food I checked the bag to see if I had a receipt I did not. In order to get paid for my food I need a receipt. I asked them for one and they said their machine was broken and they could not provide one. Asked for the manager who actually looked annoyed that I was asking for a receipt said nothing he could do because their machine was broken. Didn’t offer a refund or maybe even a coupon or even a frosty just plain old nothing I can do and closed the drive through window. Once i got to the hotel which was like 2min food was all cold as if it was sitting and they just gave me the leftover food they had. Worst experience I’ve had with this company and I don’t EVER write reviews but this place needs an overhaul and complete management and employee change. Will never go there again.

  They just throw anything on a burger and say it’s yours… ordered a double baconator and with no mayo and got a single patty burger slammed full of EVERYTHING especially mayo. I didn’t have time to check it as I was in a hurry because I had waited on my food for a half hour. Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.

  No soda in the fountain dispenser said unavailable for all had to get water fries were cold no ketchup in the dispensers no drinking straws or condiments very disappointed the employee said they got truck the day before but why was everything out and not filled especially for a supper rush

  Bathroom was discussing beyond disgusting! 🤢 Girl cooking had sneakers on that looked like she’s worn them in a mud pile. Soda was moldy, you could taste it!
