i placed an online order, came through, and picked it up. i parked so i could make sure i got everything and noticed i received and was charged for two separate orders. i figured there was a mistake in the system or something so i called and told them about the situation. they rudely told me “you ordered two orders”. (first of all please tell me what i did or did not do if you do not know) (second, no need to be rude). i told them i checked out once and paid once. they kept telling me i ordered two orders then eventually told me to come to the window. the manager says in a snarky voice “we’re going to need the order you didn’t want back” (obviously they’re going to need it back if they’re giving me a refund). l gave them the food back and they, again rudely, said pull forward your change will be out. so i pulled forward. i waited around 10 minutes for the manager to come out and give me my change.( it shouldn’t take that long to count money if you have a brain and know what numbers are). she handed me the money without saying a word, i said thank you and she said “yup”. not a have a good day, not a sorry about the mistake. nothing. staff is incredibly rude.

I placed an online order at Taco Bell last night after work. I waited in the drive through line for about 30 minutes with the line barely moving, I went inside and while I just stood there the workers were talking and goofing around. One of the workers called someone’s name to get their order, explained they were out of a certain sized tortillas and the person asked for a refund (which, why wouldn’t they..) and the worker was dumbfounded. The customer asked if that’s a problem and the worker said “I don’t know how to do that” so finally he calls to the manager (and I’m still standing here, I was at the counter first and still haven’t been talked to) the manager yells “I’m finishing an order, they can wait!!” About 20 minutes go by and she finally comes over and gives them the refund, no apologizing or anything. After giving them their money back, she looks at me, doesn’t ask “how can I help you” or anything, just waits for me to order and I said I placed an order online and she just says “okay?.. … name?” And I said my name and she goes “we don’t have these tortillas, someone’s going to get them I don’t know when they will be back” so I asked for a refund because it was already 8pm at this point and I was starving.. I hadn’t eaten since 11am. So I just wanted my money back and was willing to go somewhere else. Instead of apologizing and explaining how the app works she just said “we can’t refund you for an online order. We can cancel it and you SHOULD get your money back” should ?? Which, I don’t know how the app works, that’s on me, but you’d think she’d explain (and nicely) how it works to PAYING customers. I try to be lenient and understand people have bad days. Trust me, I work in retail and it’s the holidays seasons.. i know! But no matter how busy, and understaffed the business may be, there is no excuse to be unprofessional and rude. Especially to customers. Before I was even helped the manager and one of the associates got into a literal screaming match (with swearing and all) while the restaurant was filled with customers. I didn’t catch the name of the manager (it was 12/21 at about 8pm) (I placed the order at 7:15 mind you) but I was extremely displeased with the service and attitude that not only I received but other customers (and staff) received!! I still haven’t been refunded btw.

With all the Mexican places to eat in Peru- save your money and go elsewhere. Let me start with saying, I've ate at Taco Bell in NUMEROUS states. I tried 2x to give this place a benefit of the doubt. First time I ordered a burrito supreme-no onions. Well guess what- onions. Not even a good burrito 🥴. Next time, I went in to make sure the order was correct. I ordered 2 burrito supreme,( no onions)and two chicken taco supreme. Took order to my elderly parents and guess what? Looked like I got extra onions! And 2 beef tacos! As I opened up burrito to spoon out the GOBS of onions, I looked at it- it literally looked like slop. The kicker is I paid $25 for 2 burritos and 2 tacos. I will NEVER go again. Again,I suggest that if you are hungry for even a burrito- GO ELSEWHERE. There are an abundance of Mexican restaurants in Peru.
