She realized 1 of the hot chocolate was for my grand daughter. She explained it was very hot and offered to add some ice so she wouldn't get burnt. Very appreciated She was so helpful. Thank you for a great experience!

Last time this happened.I never got my money back.So I told them to contact a manager or give me corporates phone number.They said that is above their pay grade. Then the lady told me she was severely pregnant and shouldn't even be standing and cussed me out and slammed the window. This is absolutely ridiculous.You can't even make this up, I never got my items.I paid for I never got my money back and I got cousi.Find it very hard to believe.There is no manager or manager's manager to call.If you don't know how to do a refund.
