- CMCody MazzoranaMar 27, 20261.0I visited Dunkin' Donuts today at 10:45 AM and had a very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I found that they had practically no coffee available, which was frustrating. I decided to order a blueberry muffin instead, only to be informed that they didn’t have that either. The only option left was a coffee muffin that I didn’t even want. When I got to the window, the staff member was extremely rude, practically shoving the food at me. I attempted to express my gratitude with a simple "thank you, have a good day," but she shut the window in my face mid-sentence. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied and unwelcome. Based on this experience, I likely won't be returning to this location.

She realized 1 of the hot chocolate was for my grand daughter. She explained it was very hot and offered to add some ice so she wouldn't get burnt. Very appreciated She was so helpful. Thank you for a great experience!

Last time this happened.I never got my money back.So I told them to contact a manager or give me corporates phone number.They said that is above their pay grade. Then the lady told me she was severely pregnant and shouldn't even be standing and cussed me out and slammed the window. This is absolutely ridiculous.You can't even make this up, I never got my items.I paid for I never got my money back and I got cousi.Find it very hard to believe.There is no manager or manager's manager to call.If you don't know how to do a refund.
