  I come to this McDonald's every morning for ice water with lemon and lrg coffee ,sometimes breakfast but always on the go no time to eat but coffee always fresh n hott every morning .....

  Feel kind of like a crazy person leaving a review for a McDonald’s but I just thought people need to know. This is easily the best McDonald’s location currently operating in the south Chicagoland area. Sounds like hyperbole but I’m serious. Drive a lot for work, eat a lot of McDonald’s. Will pass multiple locations to get to this one. Your order is correct, your food is hot, and the staff are polite. Every single time. They provide what used to be expected from fast food.

  Rediulous "rule". I order a fruit and maple oatmeal they hand me the ingredients out the window. EVERY TIME! I asked him how is this any different than giving me the lettuce and tomato for my sandwich out the window and telling me to do it myself? I pay for their services to prepare my meal for me. It's not like I'm asking them to feed it to me. The meal that I am given should be ready to eat at the time of delivery. I should not be required to do anything further.

  This is our go to location based on the fact we are in this area for many events and is a quick location to eat at a reasonable price. Food is usually consistent and depending on what you get is fair value price for what you get. I do recommend using the app where you can get a lot of deals, savings and special offers that help when you have a larger size family. I like using the kiosk just because I like to let my kids order their own items without having to worry about the pressure of being at the counter and they find it fun to order themselves. The only complaint I have is that when you use the Kiosk and grab a number for your table, there is a lack of table service. They majority of the time they call our food order and we usually have to go to the counter to het our food which defeats the purpose of even getting a number and going to the kiosk. Other than that issue, I would recommend this location for food and value. It is close to highway for those passing through town and food is usually cooked correctly and orders are usually correct.
