- KWKatrina WunderDec 31, 20251.0I've been coming here every day since this location opened. I used to love everyone who worked here; they were all competent. In the last month or so, it has really gone down hill. Waiting in line for 15+ minutes when there's only 3 cars ahead of me, wrong orders, workers not paying attention and carelessly chit chatting at the window with their coworkers. Ridiculous & embarrassing. It should not take almost TWENTY MINUTES for a coffee.

Four girls all talking smack about some other girl and being blocked on snapchat, not worrying about customers- we stood there for over 10 mins and listened to their bs before they even started making our order!! Then they got our order wrong- no carmel or sugar in a Carmel Macchiato! Our food was also over cooked. Worst service at this Dunkin we've ever had! This was on 12/22/25 @ 12:30pm
- JSJames StolteNov 19, 20253.0They have 1, only 1 good employee. They mostly can't be bothered to check the front counter, don't listen while you are reciting your order and flat out lie about not having a particular coffee because the maker is being cleaned when I can clearly see that it is not.
- JJJenniferNov 1, 20251.0The team has zero sense of urgency. The amount of time I spend waiting in the drive through lane is absolutely insane. And it's not like you can give up and drive away, you are boxed in once you're in the drive through lane and forced to sit there and wait for an astronomical amount of time. And then you finally get to the window AT LEAST 20 minutes later, and the iced coffee you ordered is 95% ice. You spend longer waiting in line than it takes you to drink your mostly ICED drink. Done wasting my mornings on this place.
