In the last month or so, it has really gone down hill. Waiting in line for 15+ minutes when there's only 3 cars ahead of me, wrong orders, workers not paying attention and carelessly chit chatting at the window with their coworkers. Ridiculous & embarrassing. It should not take almost TWENTY MINUTES for a coffee.

Four girls all talking smack about some other girl and being blocked on snapchat, not worrying about customers- we stood there for over 10 mins and listened to their bs before they even started making our order!! Then they got our order wrong- no carmel or sugar in a Carmel Macchiato! Our food was also over cooked. Worst service at this Dunkin we've ever had! This was on 12/22/25 @ 12:30pm
