  Hadn’t been to the restaurant in a while… Purchase a baconator combo with baconator fries and lemonade with extra baconator fries last night after work in drive thru. Paid with my card. Realized that I was given 2 cups of chilli instead of my food that I ordered when I got home. Drove all the way back and went in the store (that was very unsanitary) and waited for a LONG time before I was acknowledged. When I FINALLY got assistance from (who I assume is the manager) who was not very friendly they seemed to know they gave me the wrong food but did not apologize and was trying to (I guess) find some old food. Idk, but I just asked for a refund and she gave me a lesser amount back in cash for a refund without looking at my receipt and told me it’s because of taxes but they don’t pay taxes at their restaurant. I just told her thanks, have a good night, left the chili and don’t plan on coming back.

  Staff forgot my order I had to go back inside for a refund. I'm glad I did. After a closer look inside the kitchen was gross and manager was rude as could be. Not 1 sorry from any staff member they gave me cash back and sent me on my way.

  We went to Wendy’s last night for supper. Ordered spicy chicken, chicken tenders and Biggie box. Wait time was minimal and actually got a bigger Frosty than what we ordered by mistake
