  It was my first time going to Tropical Smoothie Cafe— my ticket says Mitesh was my server, she was so friendly and welcoming! The food was fresh, beautiful and delicious- the cook was very kind, as well as the person who made my smoothie! I will definitely be back!

  I love tropical smoothie and I was so excited to hear that a new one was coming to Grand Prairie. Due to this, I’ve been checking out when it’ll open so I can be one of the first few customers to support the business. So when I checked back in February the tropical smoothie said that they were open on March 21, 2026. However, to confirm I went back and checked again in the beginning of March and they said that they were now opening March 16. I was happy that they were supposedly opening earlier than what they had first said so I had woken up at 4:30 am this morning (March 16) to get ready and support their establishment. However, I got outside at maybe 6:30 am and waited for 30 minutes and they did not open at 7 am. Instead, they didn’t open at all. Due to this, I called the store to ask what was going on and it took me to an automated messaging system and told me that this Tropical Smoothie was currently unavailable. I was genuinely so disappointed they weren’t open so I googled when this location opens and it claimed this Friday (March 20th). This is the 3rd time this location has changed their opening date and I am tired of it. So the fist picture below says that it should be open today at 7am but it’s not while the second picture below says how it’s supposed to open on the 21st when google is saying the 20th. Tropical Smoothie I love your business but do better I drive to the one in East Peoria nearly everyday and this is how I’m being treated.
