  Well the drive through idnt that accessible , when i had ordered my drinks and was told to pull to the next window there had been a accident when the two vehicles ahead of me instead of having them move out of the way i had to sit there 25 freaking minutes to get my drink.

  I won't order anything from Sonic Drive-In because I know that I can't expect it to be properly prepared or that I'm going to recieve reasonable service so there's no point to waste my money or time. Why wait 20 minutes for something 3.99 when there's literally 1 other car in the drive thru.

  The kiosk microphone was broke so someone came out to write down my order and the kitchen STILL GOT IT WRONG. I paid $30 for mistakes and cold food. Waste of time and money.

  If I could give zero stars I would, been here twice and the service is terrible. Like cmon? It’s not rocket science fr? Also drove through the drive thru and had a clear view of a girl eating mozzarella sticks after we just order some ourselves. How do I know she wasn’t eating directly from the ones I ordered? She wasn’t even wearing gloves. Then my order is wrong? Why can’t you take a simple order and not ask me to repeat everything when I basically yelling? Do better.

  Probably one of the worst Sonic’s in Central Illinois. They will not respond to the car hops at all, will ignore you, half of the workers will be outside smoking whilst the other half are either not working or have too much work that they’re multitasking multiple jobs within the hour. They will take 2-10 minutes to answer the drive thru and will have an attitude. Even when there’s barely any cars get ready for a long wait time or them not responding on the carhop stalls at all.
