  The manager Karina was super rude when I called about an issue with my food. Im honestly disappointed and I dont know why I expected anything different, but I guess quality of food matches the quality of management.

  This is the best food even though parents say it’s bad👎🏼 but I love there chicken nuggets and everything from there but when my mom doesn’t order online the put everything on a cheese burger like come on buddy and when she does they get everything right like come on yall I love yalls food so much and this is what yall do to my favorite food 👹👹👹😡😡💔💔 and bro why the ice cream 🍦machine be down everytime i want ice cream like come on buddy fix the dang 😡 machine so I can have my FREAKING ice cream and yall food be so good when it’s anyone’s birthday give them free ice cream and any size of drink and chicken nuggets or a cheese burger 🍔 👹👹👹👹 and whatever AGE🤩🤩 they turn that's how much they should pay 💰👹👹

  Workers especially the manager are very unprofessional and rude. They can't read a ticket then they give you what they and charge want you too. I took food back and do not recommend this mcdonald's ever. Good luck to you if you do have to eat there as we had limited options as we are from different state. Very poor service should be shut down. The flys get better service that the customer 😔.

  They forgot about me I finally spoke waited a little longer then after 10 more minutes I just ask for a refund they were only focused on drive threw and Door dash I'm a regular for breakfast but I will never deal with bad treatment.

  I normally go to Western because I'm in a rush for work but I had placed a online order for the university location where it was very prompt and friendly, my food was so good for once. Today's staff did a amazing job! I had ordered a sausage egg cheese biscuit as well as absteak and egg McMuffin with a sweet tea, everything was perfect! It's fast food yea but my steak sandwich and muffin was delicious.
