  I don't usually leave reviews, but after having an already bad day and looking forward to this for weeks, I decided to share my experience in hopes that others see it and check their boxes for everything. I went tonight to get the new Huntrix meals and the derpy mcflurry, and they only gave me my boxes so I let them know about my mcflurry and then decided to look for my sauces since they've been forgotten a few times and these are only available until they run out so I really wanted them, and was missing the Hunter sauces. I told them and they kind of gave me a hard time and then finally went to get me some and brought the wrong ones so I reminded them again and they got me my sauces and then I was a little frustrated, but I tried to be more understanding. I felt a little uncomfortable for how they were treating me about the sauces though and I was willing to hand them the boxes to see that they weren't in there even. Then I get home and find out that I didn't get the shaker bags in either of the boxes and neither of them had the special cards. Now the shaker bags weren't a big deal because I took them home and used a bowl, but I am very disappointed that I didn't get the cards. I know a lot of people really want the special cards, so I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Now maybe they just went through a rush before I arrived, and I understand that things can be busy, but if you go, just make sure you look through your entire box...

  Every time I order chicken nuggets, I ask for honey as the sauce and almost every time I get honey mustard. I don’t understand why employees don't ask which sauce I want instead because honey mustard and honey are not the same thing. Only once have I been asked which sauce I want instead. I really appreciate it and I told her so.

  Why have two lanes when you can only take orders from one? Left me waiting for 4 cars in the other lane to go before me. Cars behind me backed up and went other lane got to order before me. Then you act dumb and can't even apologize when im forced to pull up and order at the window. Then final window, gets my simple $5, two item order wrong. This franchise must have terrible owners as they have staff.

  I used to come in every single day and order 2 large Dr Pepper. I quit coming because the Dr Pepper tastes terrible, almost like Diet Coke. There is way to much co2 in it, it’s horrible. I love the people in there but I can’t stand the Dr Pepper.
