We have tried getting food from this wendy's three times this week alone and the first time it was stolen by a doordasher (Understandably not the workers fault), Second time we went through the drive through and were immediately told the system was down and orders couldn't be taken, Again not the workers fault but, we were told that in a snotty tone, then saw cars after us be able to get their orders taken? And third time was today 1/6/26, When we ordered on the mobile app, went through the drive through, the workers processed the order THEN told us the frosty machine was out and that we would have to get a refund on the app, which is not an option due to them processing the order already, they also didn't give us the drink we ordered despite the machine not being down for drinks. This specific location is kind of a joke. We've lived here for a month and only once did we ever get our order from this location, otherwise it has been a joke every time.

My spouse & I have had three separate orders there the last 2 weeks that we never received. The first time was with DoorDash because someone stole our food, the second was the other day when we tried to order, their system crashed and she refused to take our order but then proceeded to take orders after us; & tonight we got a mobile order of Frosties, the app processed the payment and last minute told us they don’t have frosties and that we have to deal with the refund through the app. They are not helpful, very rude, & unprofessional.

The lady gave us a nice smile when we got to the window and frosties tasted good, but they were unmixed, the board advertised things they didn't sell, and the speaker was painfully loud with sharp responses. They also claimed to be completely out of receipt paper.

I like Wendy's food but the service at this establishment could definitely improve no professionalism and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had to go last night for two delivery orders I was supposed to pick up at midnight they had me pull over to the side and I waited there for over an hour for these two orders which is only one biggie bag and the other one was a sandwich and two drinks not big orders at all. They gave both of my delivery orders to a customer and the customer drove off with them. The store did not replace them Nor would the manager call doordash to get it resolved I called myself and tried to work it out with the manager and doordash support as well as my two customers waiting for their orders I waited until they closed the store right in front of me I was not rude with them that's unprofessional and they were not willing to make either customers orders that they gave away to somebody else. I lost out on my pay for that hour as well as the gas because it was very cold outside and I traveled a long way to get there as well . After all that I then got bad reviews from my customers because I kept promising them that their food was coming then they received nothing. I am very disappointed in that store now
