On top of pre ordering the total wait was almost an hour. I got stuck in the drive thru. Had to have people back out because I had to go get my wife from the airport. I was going to surprise her with her favorite tbell items after a long day of travel. I never got my food and Taco Bell has still not refunded me. I even went to this specific Taco Bell because it had the best reviews. I didn’t want any issues. Just save yourself the headache and don’t bother with Taco Bell.
