I am writing to formally raise a concern about the poor service I experienced at one of your Subway locations. I DONT WANT TO LEAVE A REVIEW BECAUSE YOU CAN READ THIS.
On 10/1/205 at 9:28 PM, I placed an online order through the Subway app. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order, I was told that it had not been made. Despite asking multiple times about my order, the staff did not respond and continued working without addressing me. Their behavior was dismissive, unprofessional, and irresponsible.
Eventually, one staff member told me to cancel the order myself. However, I explained politely that I did not have the option to cancel through the app and asked if she could cancel it on their end. She refused, insisting that cancellation could only be done by me. This was very frustrating since the mistake originated from the restaurant, not me as a customer.
Due to this lack of assistance, I had no choice but to leave without my order. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially given Subway’s reputation for customer service.
I kindly request that this issue be investigated, and that appropriate steps be taken to address the service quality at this location. I also request a refund for the order that was never prepared or delivered.

I absolutely love the food I try to make it there at least once a week got to get me that steak and cheese with that sweet onion teriyaki I usually don't make negative posts or anything like that but today I went in there and it's the same kid I wish I could get his name but I'm terrible with names and he's always in there working hard usually he's the only one I see in their working by himself everybody else is always in the back I don't know who the older gentleman was today on shift around 5:00 but he was really rude I'm sorry If I had a co-worker sit there and tell me that I'm being too damn lazy to go get some product I'd feel very unappreciated especially after watching that person come from the back to fill up a water bottle and then go to the back where he decided to touch his glasses before handling food....
