    Repeatedly showed up at non-busy times only to be told it'll be 15 to 20 minutes just to get served. The staff was friendly enough and saying as much, but that's hardly fast food.

    Rude Rude Rude! Especially Kassandra they call her Kassie I think . I truly hope they find people who are more professional with better customer service to run the place.

    Poor service. I was the only customer. Never acknowledged, nor waited on. Worker was in the kitchen, right inside the kitchen. If he had said I'll be with you in a minute I would have waited. No acknowledgement at all. After several minutes I walked out of the store.
