A friend ordered after me and got their food a good amount of time before me. I had told them it was for dine in. After waiting a long time I inquired, about it, then they acted like they didnt know, or even have my order. I said I have my receipt to prove I ordered and paid. It turned out they had it sitting there in a to go bag. I told them it was for dine in. All they did was said sorry about that maam and never offered to fix it put on tray in & soup in bowl etc. Then I had to ask them to put out napkins. They said they would, they didnt. I had to ask a second time for napkins too. Then when they finally put them out it looked like they only about 10 in the holder. They should have filled it. Food was not good either, my sandwhich was really small and food was cold by time they gave it to me. The Food value for money is not good. Bathroom not great either. Overall very disappointed with this visit to a Panera Bread. Not my usual experience at other Panera Breads. Wont be back.
