The manager (little short 4 ft guy) running this store has very poor customer service. Purchase deluxe sandwich last night. Sandwich had hair wrapped in my meat. No refund or exchange. He told me sit over in corner and he waited on bout 15 guest before I ask for service for 2nd time. He's 1 rude guy. I shop wity this location twice a week and sometimes three time a week.
The reason for no refund bc he said I wait until next day to bring it back. Smh .

Tried to order online before, because I was in a hurry, and this location on Main St in Peoria was not taking orders. I was the only person in the store, 15 minutes later, and there were 4 employees, so unsure as to why they could not fill an online order, but...I personally think the place is overhyped and overpriced, but my family likes it, so every once in awhile, we get it. This location has had its issues, I had a really negative experience a few years back, so I stayed away for quite some time. This time was fine, nobody was rude, nobody was overly friendly, just pleasant, which is fine.

I have been a customer of this jimmy John’s for years, both delivery and carry out. Recently, I called to place a delivery order to the same address I just had delivery sent to two weeks ago and was informed that my address was now out of range. Upon inquiry to the new GM, I discovered my address is two houses out of delivery range and was told I couldn’t be delivered to any longer. We are currently a one car family and have no vehicle during the day, so if I’m not cooking lunch we have to rely on delivery which is already limited in healthyish options in the area. As a pregnant woman at home with a toddler being told that I can’t have the lunch my daughter and I both crave is devastating. The new GMs unwillingness to compromise is just as such. You lost a loyal, kind, and generous customer today.

The new manager is rude. We want the old one back. Been going here for 10 years and because of the new manager I will not be going back. He just lost his delivery drivers money.
