  Seriously, I am so frustrated with this Domino's store, I just had to write this. It's like every time I try to order, something goes wrong. First off, I swear I have to call this place at least twice before anyone actually picks up the phone. It's not the first time, but today took the cake: I called, they immediately hung up on me, and I had to call right back just to place my order. And don't even get me started on the app orders. How many times have I placed an order, watched it confirm, and then BAM—they just cancel it and refund my money later? No explanation, nothing. I still don't get why they do that. But today's order was the absolute worst. I was so specific with the person on the phone, and they still messed up almost everything: -I specifically told them Beef on the pizza, and they gave me Sausage. -I asked three times for only the Garlic Crust Seasoning, and they covered it in Parmesan instead. -I also asked for Hot Sauce, which was totally forgotten. -The drink was wrong, too! I ordered a Fanta, and they sent a Sprite. I had to send the poor driver back out to fix it. I'm genuinely not happy. This level of inaccuracy and the constant hassle of trying to even get through to them is unacceptable.

  Not only did we have to wait an additional 20 minutes... we got home and there was NO CHEESE ON THE PIZZA! I cried. Who forgets THE CHEESE?!

  These babies are so sweet they accidentally put sausage on my pizza instead of beef which is honestly what I wanted anyway I messed up when ordering and still gave me a free two liter to apologize love them ❤️

  Let me put this out there.I don't know anybody who works at the store.Nobody put me up to this.Nobody told me to say, any of this, this is solely on my own feelings, but I'm telling y'all, this restaurant has never failed me with their deliveries, their food I've never complained or had any feelings of negativity towards it's always been on point. And there's times I couldn't even afford a tip and they still delivered it with a smile they were so easy to talk to and varry a conversation with they've never failed to deliver, they've never missed anything. And I'm speaking on behalf of myself. I appreciate this store specifically and I've been to many. This is by far the first and only one that has been this on point with how they treat people how they deliver their food is always high oftentimes. I have to complain to myself to let it cool down LOL But I want to give the store my gratitude in my appreciation and to point them out and hopefully that people can see this. And please don't hesitate to go to the store and the amazing part about this. I live on a South side and for them to even feel like they can deliver over here when they're the only ones that do put a smile on my face in itself that they're risking themselves amongst whatever body else thinks or thought. To make sure my days on point in grwith all this.I want to say thank you.Continue the good with all The Times I've ordered from you guys.I wish somebody would say something negative sarcastically speaking most definitely.I would recommend this store to other people again.I will put my hand on the Bible.Nobody told me to even say this is coming solely from me.\nStay safe stay blessed
