I see the owner replied, I have submitted those and nothing! So it doesn't matter if you fill those out you don't do shit.

Wings are always over cooked, wedges are ok never consistent. Make sure to check your food if ordering out, if they stay at counter long enough to make sure order is right.

Got home and missing a 10 piece bone in and cheese curds and called store to talk to a manager and they said they are too busy to talk to me. I just want my money refunded for the food I did not get and called back again to be placed on hold. Young man said manager is too busy and left me on hold for 30 minutes. I want my money back for the missing food. I spent $139 and missing a whole meal on New Year’s Eve and I live 30 minutes away. I am done with Buffalo Wild Wings, Managers should handle mishaps when they are at fault.
