The staff is always personable and the prices are always comparable. It's close to my house, not as close as Forrest Hill Liquor but Forrest Hill Liquor doesn't have the selection of Binnys and they don't have a humidor at all. Binnys wins this one in my book.

I politely asked fir a refund and the lady in the Chicago store shipping department rushed me off the phone instead if hearing my situation and then claiming im only getting a PARTIAL refund if I deny it.. it was meant for a friend that wasnt gonna be around after today and was under the impression that where I was having it delivered from was the binnys here in peoria.. and then I was informed the store in peoria didn't deliver to us. I asked for my money back and told to go to Chicago since that whete supposedly it was coming from. Thebottle was there in Chicago and instead of being nice and allowing me to get a refund some pushy and rude woman was short with me. Real nice business. Thanks for "your understanding" binnys.
