Picked up the 4 for $10 roast beef sandwiches today. They were garbage,non-edible worthless crap! Threw them away and will never come back. Went to old Arby’s years ago on University and it was fine! How can you sell this so called tasteless substance in a bun? Unbelievable!! The response from Arby's is the same to everyone. The beef sandwich was garbage inedible mystery meat! What more do you want me to say? Tell me how I can elaborate?

I think there was only staff member, but he was polite despite the time of night when I went late yesterday. However, I believe I had an allergic reaction caused by the sweet tea as I started itching before I got home. Hoping Arby's can disclose what's in their sweet tea to me so I know whether it may be a new or known allergen. I have never reacted before like this.

They ok not as if everybody's running there to eat because the place is always empty maybe I go on there off days but other than that go get you some steak Billy's I mean bites 😆

Went on the app to place an order to use my rewards , the app shows there’s no times to pick up food so I couldn’t place the order . Went to location to ask about it and the rude drive thru worker states “we don’t do that here” which is wrong because I did it the week prior . Employees are lazy and didn’t want to turn on the online ordering . Trash expensive but I love the food .
