Went to old Arby’s years ago on University and it was fine! How can you sell this so called tasteless substance in a bun? Unbelievable!! The response from Arby's is the same to everyone. The beef sandwich was garbage inedible mystery meat! What more do you want me to say? Tell me how I can elaborate?

However, I believe I had an allergic reaction caused by the sweet tea as I started itching before I got home. Hoping Arby's can disclose what's in their sweet tea to me so I know whether it may be a new or known allergen. I have never reacted before like this.

Went to location to ask about it and the rude drive thru worker states “we don’t do that here” which is wrong because I did it the week prior . Employees are lazy and didn’t want to turn on the online ordering . Trash expensive but I love the food .
