  I had a very disappointing experience at Dunkin’. The lady at the drive-thru was extremely rude and unnecessarily loud while taking my order. It was hard to even understand what she was saying because of how aggressively she was speaking. When I reached the window, instead of clarifying things calmly, she started yelling at me for asking a simple question. She even began arguing about my order for no reason, which was very unprofessional. I went during my work break. The whole interaction took much longer than necessary due to her attitude, and I ended up being late getting back to work. When I politely asked her to be more respectful, she raised her voice even more and blamed everything on the machine instead of handling the situation properly. I’ve also noticed other customers complaining about similar behavior from the same employee, yet nothing seems to have changed. This kind of service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

  I like this place because they give me and my friends free donuts when they are about to close.

  No complaints on service, they get you in and out fast, but the food is awful. I have given them a few chances here and there, but yesterday was probably the 4th time in a year, and will be the last. I bought a coffee cake muffin for a friend and I could have gotten a rock from my driveway that was softer, and saved money. Previous food was also of very poor quality, but not inexpensive at all. Not impressed in anyway and will never go back.

  I went there a month ago and I haven’t come back since they. The last time I was there I ordered a breakfast sandwich, the hash browns, a coffee, and I ask the man nicely if I could get a cup with water as well. When I got my food and everything he gave me the water in a little cup that wasn’t even a Dunkin cup with the water a bit of ice and it was dirty inside like if they used it before. And I told the man that I wanted a regular cup and he was arguing with me back and forth then the lady came and told me that next time if I want a normal cup of water I need to pay for it.

  I go almost everyday and their always so nice to me never had a problem and this location has become so useful for me since they always make my order correct
