  Absolutely horrible customer service!!!! The place was near empty when we entered. The first annoyance was how they had no steak entirely. The lady hardly gave any rice, maybe less than a scoop. The same with salsa, she let it drip out of the old container barely putting any in even with a new container of it that she took out right in front of her. I asked her just for cheese then and she proceeds to put cheese AND lettuce. I went to correct her but as someone who struggles doing that , I said “I didn’t ask for lettuce but that’s okay.” There was no apology or any look of care or consideration. She didn’t ask if we wanted anything else or for it to be takeout. She couldn’t even look us in the eye when telling us to have a good day. The food itself wasn’t even great compared to other locations as I often find myself going to chipotle. Please find staff that show more respect as I showed nothing but that to her and she still found a way to ruin my meal that I paid over $10 for. I found myself picking off the lettuce in the car after because I physically cannot eat it without making myself sick. Truly disappointing location.

  They literally had no cheese. We have 4 meals almost completed. Of course there were no signs, no mention of being out of cheese until when?....oh yeah at the end. So I get to choose between paying $55 for 4 meals we no longer want or wasting food. No offer to discount price or sub queso, nothing. Only one employee even knew they were out when we were in line. Chipotle has gone extremely downhill but this is the absolute worst.

  First off I absolutely want to say they need to make the cilantro lime sauce a staple here. It's absolutely a game changer! I don't eat at Chipotle very often but this place is the one I go to the most often. The staff seems so quiet and just expects you to say what you want instead of asking if you want stuff. Was never told have a nice day or anything just took money and off I go. The place could use a better cleaning as when I went there yesterday it was kinda dirty. Overall if you know what you want and you are taking it to go you should be good.

  First and last time I will eat here. I had ordered me a bowl. And they put very little rice little meat and other toppings ice cold definitely not worth it. Now I understand why everyone was telling me not too go here. And definitely won’t be going back!

  This store is absolutely awful with customer service and serving people. We waited 10 minutes in a line of 8 people while one guys cooked the whole time and a few were doing online orders. There was also 5 people waiting in line for online orders. No words said to anyone. They need to turn off the online to actually serve people promptly in person. Every time I’m here I’m waiting way too long. We came from Davenport where they are very efficient and timely and actually friendly. Management or employees need to get better or better trained. The food is fine if they haven’t ran out of anything.
