  The people working drive through are straight up rude this is the second time me and my husband have come here and the service is just awful do better sonic

  I feel like 90% of the appeal of the sonic aesthetic is the car hop but it seemed like none of the screens wanted to connect to the people working. ended up going through the drive thru and still felt like it took a minute to be greeted and then the young man evidently could not hear my order correctly and it was just 4 burgers one with no pickles so I had to raise my voice against the wind and repeat it in totality. it seems that the food was cooked fresh after I paid based on the wait time at the window but it felt a little weird that the cashier closed the window while in possession of my card.

  I went here at 10pm last night with a drive-in mobile order. Before pulling in, I could see they were busy. However, it took ONE FULL HOUR to get my food. Even if there are only two people on staff, it doesn't take THAT long if you're running the orders. She gave me my order ON THE PATIO because I had to goad them into service. The only man I could see on duty was just sweeping. They both saw me looking at them and just shook their heads like I was the problem. Corporate has got to clean house on this one. You have some incompetent employees on your roster. They were just too lazy to run the food out to my car and wanted me to come up for it without saying so. Worst fast-food experience EVER. Bar none.

  We made a pick up order and it took.forty minutes and we been waiting since 10:34 pm it's now 11:13 we talk to the assistant manager he was making out with his associates and talking taking to long on orders so unprofessional and he was recording my husband because he was upset and he threatened my husband with cops just because we told them we have kids to put in bed and he said he the general manager if he was the general manager he shouldn't be acting that way at all we are never going to this location again the guy name is Zack
