- CHCody HowardDec 5, 20251.0I personally saw a worker drop a Grinch meal onto the floor by the fryer picking each piece from the oil covered dirty floor and place in back in the box to serve it. That is extremely unsanitary, harmful and disgusting.

I said Please and thank you and even said I had a code Before hand but was ignored. She seemed middle aged and her hair was in a fading Red pony tail. I am not sure if she was having a bad day, but she clearly took it out on me. I am disgusted and upset that she had not only treating me that way but probably others. I wanted to get a refund right then and there, but i did not want to hold the line. I do not like supporting a location with mean employees. I HARDLY have problems with this store. I LOVE this location but I have never seen her before and the fact she acted that way was insane and will drive away customers. DO BETTER I already contacted your online services.

This place was not busy at all how can you seriously not get the order right with 5 people standing around chatting. Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, 2 10 piece nuggets and a medium fry. Got 1 burger, no BBQ sauce for the nuggets which were semi warm, and frys were way over salted. Skip this one as there are plenty of other options to to spend money at such a disappointment as I was looking to enjoy my meal that I drove 30 minutes for on way to work an 8 hour shift before I make a 3 hour drive home just to miss spending Halloween with my family.
