  I normally don't have any complaints.And I go to duncan, 5 to 7 times a week in pekin. This morning after sitting in line at drive through for close to 15 min before I could order, (the time not am issue) I ordered my food and adjusted for extra crispy bacon. After haven't waited, the guy running the drive through (Christian) proceeds to tell me that they are swamped and can't accommodate special orders because it would take to long. I am in a customer service job and I would Never tell a customer especially one who st patient and waited their turn., that i was to busy to take care of them. I Would Be Terminated. That was a upsetting start to my day. Maybe I will have to become a Starbucks customer instead.

  Every time i go here i feel like it's an absolute waste of money. Horrible food, they never listen to your order just give you whatever the hell they feel like making. Food is either undone or overdone. Worst location ever. So unfortunate we only have the one location in town.

  Coffee favoring is very bad and made my moms very bad and she tried to get a different one because it taste bad and the lady at the counter was like I guess and mr and my friend didnt even want to go up their very bad experience. 😕

  Every other time I come here their espresso machine is down. At this point they need to buy a new one instead of constantly telling people it is out of order because it’s disappointing everytime I drive there to be told they can’t make what I’m wanting. The food the last few times I’ve been here has came up cold and I’ve only gotten hashbrowns. My macchiato has also been made wrong the last few times. This has slowly become my least favorite Dunkin’ because of the constant issues. This is unfortunate because it’s also the closest one.
