Will go out of my way to find a different Jimmy Johns. The representatives working on Monday night at approximately 630pm really exemplified the type of business you are running. I’m assuming the manager filling the ice and not acknowledging the rude interaction between the register attendant and me, the customer, blew my mind. I could hear the two of them talking about me while I waited for my food. Real classy. I simply ordered 2 slims(less one of the two meat options) and asked for lettuce on one. I was met with a “well, I have to charge you for a regular sandwich then.” Again, I asked for HALF the meat selection so really, lettuce on one shouldn’t have been an issue. But it was. And apparently warranted the employees to talk about me while I was standing there for 2 slims(salami and cheese) and wait for 10 minutes while me and my kids were the only ones waiting for a sandwich. I suggest you discuss with your employees how they interact with customers and perhaps NOT TALK inappropriately about said customers while they are in their presence.

Once again my order was missing several items. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location and did not receive the chips or cookies that were ordered with the sandwiches. Previously, they have offered a credit, but it did not show up on my account. Completely wasted money, not to mention the tip to an Uber driver that got it wrong as well.

Generally I am a fan of Jimmy Johns, but I have rarely had a good experience at this particular store. The sorts of things I have experienced are broken card readers, slow service despite being the only customer and stale bread.
Today I tried to order two combo deals listed on Jimmy John's website, only to be told that unlike the fine print on the site states, this store's official policy is that those deals are only valid for online orders. I then had to sit down in a booth and order from their website so they would honor the deal.
With plenty of decent food places a stones throw away, they need to do better.

Not fast by any means and they don't pay attention/follow orders. Mistakes can happen, but frequently? Come on now, get it together.
Usually this place is fine but today I had a terrible experience where the owner just didn’t care. The sandwich was missing items that I had asked for. When I called to report this because the cashier was an older gentlemen I’ve never seen before that perhaps the order was taken wrong, I got no apology and was told to come back for the missing items and when I explained I wouldn’t have time to come back, they put me on hold for 5 minutes. Finally the owner named Carmen came on the phone and said all he could do is come back. Again no apology. In fact he suggested that I picked up the wrong items instead of owning the mistakes! When I kindly suggested that perhaps the cashier took the order wrong or the sandwich maker made an error and perhaps could be a training opportunity, Carmen dismissed the feedback and said “We can’t do anything except for you to come back to us and prove what happened” — can you believe that!? Total disregard for customer satisfaction and feedback to improve. I noticed that the crew looked different from usual so maybe ownership changed or something but will have to see what the future holds for this place! It’s a shame because usually they are fine (only had one ofher time where they forget one kind of meat completely!) but today’s total disregard for feedback and taking customer satisfaction seriously is a real shame....
