Ordered to this location by entire accident. Called to cancel my order as I'm over 2 hours away and can't pick it up, but a refund is somehow entirely impossible. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced

Rushed to order with sandwich an ingredients. Mentioned the cooler holding soda was warm and was ignored. Never again!
