Love this location. Myra is the best employee. Always happy and knows everyone's name! Makes my day.

I’m really disappointed with our recent experience at Panera Bread. Shortly after eating there, my child became very sick with symptoms consistent with food poisoning 🤮 . As a parent, that’s extremely scary.
We are careful about what our kids eat, so this was concerning. I understand that mistakes can happen, but food safety is not something that can be taken lightly especially when it involves children.
I hope management takes this seriously, reviews food handling procedures, and ensures proper temperature control and sanitation. No family should have to deal with a sick child after what was supposed to be a simple meal out. My child ate the macaroni with bacon.

Currently two 13ish somethings are sitting in a booth acting deliberately obnoxiously loud and talking in baby talk.
Where oh where is a manager to either call their parents or walk them out?

Kathy's customer service was extremely poor and unprofessional. Her tone and behavior were inappropriate and unnecessary. She referred to my boyfriend and me (woman) as "two gentlemen" in a joking manner and laughed, instead of focusing on accurately taking our order. Because she was joking rather than listening, she only rang up one meal instead of both.
When we arrived to pick up our order, the manager was handing out the food. I asked why the second item we ordered was missing, and he asked what we had ordered. I explained that it was a chicken noodle soup.
I asked if he was the manager, and when he confirmed that he was, I was very direct in telling him that Kathy's behavior was unacceptable and that she should not be working the register. He somewhat agreed and offered me the soup at no charge, although I repeatedly insisted on paying for it. My feedback was not shared to receive a free item, but to make management aware of the issue.
I typically avoid making claims of racism, but this situation felt uncomfortably close. We overheard her interactions with other customers, and she did not use the same tone or behavior with them.
FEEDBACK SHARED WITH PANERA CORPORATE AS WELL!
