- LDL DMar 6, 20261.0Lady at self checkout counted my items and said I had 2 items over the "15 or less." Despite there only being one manned register which had a line of four people in it, and zero people at the self checkout with six open terminals, I was told I couldn't use the self checkout. Wasted my time and others who then had to wait in an even longer manned line. The insanity/pettiness of the self checkout person is off the charts. Shop elsewhere if you are a reasonably sane person and want to retain your sanity.

Every visit to this store feels organized, welcoming, and efficient, and it’s clear that the she plays a big role in that. She is always visible on the floor, checking in with customers and making sure shelves are stocked and the department stays spotless. On several occasions, she has gone out of her way to help me find products and even offered great suggestions for alternatives when something was unavailable. It’s rare to see someone so dedicated, approachable, and genuinely invested in customer satisfaction. Her attention to detail and customer drive really shows through the smooth operation of her department. Highly appreciate her hard work and commitment—this store is one of the best in the area because of it!
