- KKKatieAug 29, 20251.0my lemonade wasn’t tasting well, so i politely went up and asked for a redo. the lady proceeded to yell at me and tell me no. i then went and asked again, and she said i cannot in a very rude tone. according to dunkin website, if you’d like a redo, the are required to.

I mentioned it but he said rudely it’s done already so refused to make my latte, he started argumentative and verbally abusive I left with coffee with not even sugar or cream. He shouldn’t be working for service industry. I’ll Never support this Dunkin’

Received the mushiest bagel ever(can’t input video), the bagel looked the way bread does when it comes out of the fridge. You can tell they threw it in “warmed” it up for 5 secs and tossed it in the bag. Care more about their speed than their quality. Called back for a refund and they said i have to contact customer service. My husband called and then it was “we don’t do refunds come back for a new one tomorrow” but we know how that would go. I’m just never returning or spending another dime here
