They don’t follow directions & they only honor coupons when it’s convenient for them, and if they feel like you’re getting too good of a discount they won’t honor it either! They will argue you down over your food and tell you how you’re getting free stuff like it justifies how they making your sandwich! Just piles everything on top , Very Rude & Disrespectful. Needs very much more TRAINING in customer service and most importantly how to make a damn sandwich CORRECTLY.
