Manager was a short older woman, was very rude. I set my blizzard that I had taken 3 bits out of on the table to use the bathroom and they threw it away. Brought it up to the manager and she gave me an “oh well” attitude and walked away, and didn’t even replace it, give me a refund, or at least a coupon. Previously ate here frequently but will not be returning.

You'd expect to get all your food the first go around if you pay $40 right? Not at all, and dont worry when you come back to get your food it wont be presentable or like you asked.

Worker completely rude and was eating in the drive through between taking my money and giving me my food. She was in her phone and talking with other staff instead of getting my food. When I got my food, the order was completely wrong and cold except for the cheeseburger, it was microwaved and gross, bun was chewy from the microwave.Store is dirty.

The chicken tenders were about the size of my finger. Which would be okay if I was paying $5 but I paid $11 for a 4 piece. I worked at DQ in a different location not too long ago and the tenders were a lot better sized than these.
They employees were like statues. They didn’t talk to you, greet you, or tell you to have a good day.
And last but not least the bathroom was gross. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned and there was an overflow of trash.
