Brought it up to the manager and she gave me an “oh well” attitude and walked away, and didn’t even replace it, give me a refund, or at least a coupon. Previously ate here frequently but will not be returning.

She was in her phone and talking with other staff instead of getting my food. When I got my food, the order was completely wrong and cold except for the cheeseburger, it was microwaved and gross, bun was chewy from the microwave.Store is dirty.

I worked at DQ in a different location not too long ago and the tenders were a lot better sized than these. They employees were like statues. They didn’t talk to you, greet you, or tell you to have a good day. And last but not least the bathroom was gross. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned and there was an overflow of trash.
