Just had the worst experience of my life with Drive Up and Go. Usually Jewel is great and has quality service. Tonight they did not. They didn’t have the hot meal items that I ordered. Fine. The other part of my order was soda. The guy that I spoke to in DUG told me he would take care of it and give me the 4 pops I ordered and a Ginger Ale to complete the deal Buy 2 Get 3 free. When I get there, I call in as i see that the entire order was refunded. They told me that the order wasn’t replaced as they said they would. The guy left without doing what he said he would. I was then asked to come inside to pay for a new order. It’s 34 degrees outside and I had just gotten off work. This is why I chose DUG. To not have to get out of my car. Once inside I paid for the soda and was asked where my cart was. Basically telling me I’m supposed to take it to my own car. Why am I doing your job for you? I asked them to bring it and one of the staff did. I didn’t feel right about the experience and ended up calling back to speak to the grocery manager. He couldn’t have cared less. He said he would look into it. I said “are you going to call me back?” And he replied “what are you looking for?” A full refund. For the nonsense. Then he tells me to hang on and forgets to mute the phone. He’s attempting to get ahold of DUG department. “I have a girl on the phone who just came in for soda. And idk what she wants. I think she’s looking for the whole order free. She’s on line 1.” Then without saying anything he transfers me to DUG. I wait for 15 min on hold. And the phone disconnected. I will never use this Jewel again and plan on speaking to the Store Director about the highly unprofessional behavior and bad experience. Where is the customer service in this? Why am I doing your job? Not a Happy customer.

I like this jewel except one thing. If you compare this store to other jewels in our area the flower section is very poor. Especially plants in pot. Below $20 you can't buy anything nice. For example for small gift. Unfortunately this jewel is on my way to work and I always have a problem to pick something worth of the price.
